Use this custom order form to create a one-of-a-kind piece made just for you. From beaded pens and wristlets to keychains, charms, book covers and sets, each item is handcrafted with care, detail, and a whole lot of Mama Jae magic.

Share your colors, theme, style, and any special details, and I’ll turn your ideas into a custom accessory you’ll be excited to show off or gift. 


How the Custom Order Process Works (Step by Step)

Step 1: Fill Out the Custom Order Form
Tell me what we’re making! Choose your item(s), theme, colors, and any special requests. The more detail you share, the better I can match your vision.

Step 2: Design Review & Quote
I’ll review your form and reach out (via your preferred contact method) to confirm details, ask any questions, and provide a price quote and estimated turnaround time.

Step 3: Deposit & Booking Your Spot
Once everything looks good, I’ll send a 50% non-refundable deposit invoice (or payment info via Venmo/CashApp).
Your spot isn’t secured until the deposit is paid. This deposit goes toward your total and helps cover materials for your custom piece.

Step 4: Creation Time 
After your deposit is received, your order officially enters the Bead Bar lineup.
Most custom orders typically take 5– 20 business days to complete, depending on design complexity and order volume. If your order needs more time, I’ll communicate that with you.

Step 5: Final Photos & Remaining Balance
Once your custom piece is finished, I’ll send a photo or video preview. At this time, the remaining balance (plus shipping, if applicable) will be due before pickup or shipping.

Step 6: Pickup or Shipping
After the final payment is received:

  • Local orders: We’ll arrange a pickup time.

  • Shipped orders: You’ll receive tracking information once your package is on the way.
