Thank you for supporting my small business and taking the time to read through my shop policies. These guidelines help protect both you (my amazing customers!) and my shop so your experience stays smooth, clear, and enjoyable. If you ever have questions that aren’t answered below, please feel free to reach out.


Custom Orders

I love bringing your ideas to life! When placing a custom order:

  • All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. This deposit goes toward your total.

  • Custom orders must be fully approved before payment is made (design, color theme, charms, etc.).

  • Once approved, no major changes can be made.

  • Custom orders are made by hand and may take 5–10 business days depending on complexity.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.


Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.

  • Processing time for ready-to-ship items is 3–5 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Mama Jae Bead Bar is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or other shipping carriers.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order!

  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact me immediately.

  • If the order has not shipped yet, I can update the address.

  • If the order already shipped, I cannot change the address, and refunds will not be issued due to customer error.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned by USPS and marked as ā€œDeliveredā€, Mama Jae Bead Bar is no longer responsible.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

  2. Check with neighbors, your mailbox, and your local post office.

  3. Reach out to me if you need help locating tracking details.

Replacements are not guaranteed but may be offered at a discount depending on the situation.


Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of my items:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

  • Custom orders cannot be refunded, cancelled, or returned.

If there is an issue with your order, please email/message me within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos so I can assist.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging.

  • Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund.

  • Damage caused by misuse, dropping, pulling, or normal wear-and-tear is not considered defective.


Payment Options

Mama Jae Bead Bar proudly offers several safe and simple payment choices:

  • Debit or Credit Card
    Processed securely through my shop checkout.

  • Invoice Payments for Custom Orders
    Once we finalize your design, I will email your invoice. A receipt will be issued once payment is completed.

I do not tolerate chargebacks or fraudulent purchases. Any customer initiating a chargeback without contacting me first will be blocked from future purchases.


Beaded Item Safety & Care

All beaded items are handmade with love and attention. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Beaded items contain small parts and are not toys. Keep away from young children.

  • Avoid pulling or twisting beads to extend the life of your item.

  • Keep items away from water and extreme heat.

  • Wristlets and keychains are for light to moderate use. Misuse may cause breakage and is not considered a defect.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or bead availability, but overall design/theme will remain consistent.
